Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear photographs and order details.

Exchange Eligibility

Eligible defective products may be exchanged after verification by our support team.

  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

Refunds

Refunds are generally not applicable. However, in exceptional cases where an exchange cannot be arranged, a suitable resolution may be provided at our discretion.
