Customers may request cancellation before the order is officially confirmed by our team.
After Order Confirmation
Once an order has been confirmed, processing begins immediately. Therefore, cancellation requests cannot be accepted after confirmation.
Custom Stitched Orders
Orders involving custom stitching, tailoring, or personalized modifications cannot be cancelled once production has started.
